Admission Process Made Easy !
We are delighted that you are considering WIS as a prospective school for your child. Thank you for expressing an interest in WIS.
We offer a nurturing atmosphere that fosters learning skills. At WIS, we are committed to cultivating a lifelong love of learning in our
students through a balanced approach to education.
Admission to WIS implies on the part of student and parents’ willingness to fulfill with the requirements, rules, and regulations of the school.
Eligibility criteria:
Admissions are open to all, subject to
availability of seats and students’ eligibility. Our starting class is Pre –
KG. Children between 3 and 3½ years as on 1st of July are eligible to apply for
admission to Kindergarten (Pre – KG).
AGE Groups –
• For Nursery/Pre-KG: 3 years
and above.
• For KG I (LKG): 4 years and
above
• For KG II (UKG): 5 years and
above.

– 09:00
am to 04:30 pm
Saturday
– 09:00 am to 02:30 pm (closed on Sundays & Public Holidays)
Our admission process is simple and
stress free – these are following steps:
1.
Admission Enquiry:
Submit the online ENQUIRY FORM,
our school office will get back to you to reply to your queries and gather the
required information. Alternatively, you can also visit the school office.
2.
Registration:
Parents are requested to visit the school
Admission Office, meet our Administration staff, and get the details related to
the school & admissions. Secure your admission by filling and submitting
your Provisional Registration Form along with the said Administrative Fee.
List of documents required at the time of admission:
• Copy
of the Birth Certificate
• Mark-sheet
of the previous class (only needed for admission to class 1 onwards).
• 4
photographs of the student (Recent passport size colored)
• 2
photographs of the parents (Recent passport size colored)
• Proof
of residence
• Photocopies
of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports,
Extra-Curricular activities.
• Original TC for admissions in Grade 2
& above.
Later, the Admission Form must also be
completed and duly signed by both the Parents. It contains information which
will assist you in your association with the school. 1st
Installment of School fees of Term 1 will be deposited along with the
submission of the Admission Form.
3.
Admission Test
For Grade 1 to 10: A short written test
will be held based on previous class knowledge along with an interview on the
declared date and the candidates who are successful in the process will be
invited for admission.
4.
Admission Form
Fill in the admission form and submit it
along with required documents as mentioned in the form along with the 1st
Installment of Term - 1. In case of deficiency in documents the admission would
be treated provisional.
5.
School Visit & Interaction with the Principal
Parents / Guardians are invited to visit
the school campus. A meeting can be scheduled with the principal, so parents
can personally meet with the Head of the school, ask questions, and collect any
information they require. A meeting can also be arranged with the principal or
any other faculty member that you may wish to see. (Prior appointment needs to
be obtained)
6.
Granting of Admission
A letter of Admission is given to the
parents. Once the 1st installment
of Term 1 School Fees and documents are received, you will receive an Admission
Confirmation Letter through E-mail or in person from the school. This will
inform you about further formalities, to be completed, if any. Parents will be
informed of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue.
7.
Payment of Fees for Books and Supplies, Transport and Tuition
Full payment of all the fee and dues as
payable by a new student at the time of an admission as per the schedule laid
down by the school.
Collection of Books, uniforms, supplies
and bus pass after payment of fees. App login credentials are given to parents.
Children for whom fees have not been paid
up-to-date may be prevented from taking school or public examinations. Transfer
certificate will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
The fee payable is subject to change from
time to time. Parents will, however, be informed of any such changes.
8.
Parent Orientation Program
There will be a Parent Orientation
Program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will
acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Code of the school.
Notes:
· Students
are admitted on first come, first served basis depending on vacancies.
· Admission
will be valid only if the 1st
Installment fee is paid in full by the due date along with the necessary
documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all
formalities.
· The
school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission,
the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
· Issuance
of a Transfer Certificate in middle of the academic year will mean parents are
liable to pay fees for the remaining months of the entire academic year.
